My Story in Brief

From my earliest days, I knew wasn't good enough. I never measured up to either of my parent's standards. God knows, I tried. I worked hard, got into Harvard. Graduated even. But it wasn't enough.

Shame is the notion that we aren't worthy of love and belonging. So, you can see my life is one of recovering shame, recovering from childhood soul wounds that left me believing I was not good enough.

This is good news for you. The pain of not feeling good enough led me on a lifelong quest to heal my wounds of shame. In this quest, I developed a profound and persistent drive to find answers for myself and others so that no-one need suffer.
