You can explore Body & Soul Mentor any way you choose. You can pretend you are exploring a large library with many rooms. Some of the rooms will have light pouring in through glorious windows while others will be small and cozy with glowing embers in the fireplace. Poke around. Look in the corners. Open the closets.
Body & Soul Mentor will always be evolving. I will remodel some rooms and I will add on others. I will add new material constantly.
You can go off on your own now, or you can follow along with me.
We’ll presume you can find the home page yourself. On the top right side, you will find the Search Box. Enter your keyword and the search engine will find your information on Body & Soul Mentor.

Everything Is on the Left Sidebar
The Logo
You can click the logo to come back to the home page from anywhere in the site.
Who is this rotund guy? He’s the Holy Fool. Most religions and spiritual paths recognize this character. He shows up in various forms everywhere.
The idea comes from ancient Zen drawings. After years of spiritual practice and purification, the enlightened one returns to the world to be of service, free of attachments. Sounds like Jesus and Saint Francis, doesn’t it? Sounds like Shams and Rumi. Sounds like saints of many traditions. Right?
He inspires me.
Oh, and the spiral? You may not know that I majored in Engineering and Applied Physics at Harvard and have a love of magical mathematical relationships.
One generates The Fool’s spiral by using a very special ratio – Phi. It was center in the exciting novel, The Da Vinci Code. Before that, the Greeks were using it to design the Parthenon and other beautiful structures. Before that, the universe used it to design the spirals found in galaxies, sunflowers, the nautilus, and ratios all over the human body. Google “phi” and feast on the wonders.
